Not able to create Ext.Service Activity

Hi All,

When i am trying to create a service activity system is giving message that " Enter Plant" even though i maintained Plant.

Because of this i am not able to create Service Activities in my projects.

So please guide me further in this...

I would suggest you to check the SPRO ->IMG guide to read about 'maintain network types ' & ' 

'Default AA with document type' configuration.

I have attacheda screen shot for your help.

For your actual issue ,you should raise an OSS to SAP now.

Hi,

OPTT is when ur creating PR either it is material PR or Service PR. here u will specify the Account assignment category. and make sure that u select N is there in Account assignment general.

And regarding OPSC u will maintain which network type u r using while creating network.

and the relationship between both is Order Category ie 20

Hi,

Normally standard is NB but the document type will be configured by the MM consultant. Ask ur MM consultant that whether it is NB or different document type, if it is different ask him whether both material PR and service PR can be raised from that document type if yes assign that document type in OPTT.

Check any plant is maintained in Network Profile OPUU and in Activity Tab under Service have u maintained Control key.

Hi,

Please provide the screen shot as when you are getting the error

and just check what network type you have maintained in OPUU. (Is it PS01 or PS02 or copy of either of these two)

Other possible reason could be validation/substitution. Please check for them also.

Maintain the Plant in Network Parameters and check it should work.

Hi,

Maintain OPUV settings against your plant (i.e Network Type Parameters) and if you have not even maintained the network type, then maintain it in OPSC.

Please check whether u have maintained the check box for services under the control key PS04 in OPSU. if not ticked, tick the check box and create an service activity.

Check your Plant have been maintained against concern n/w types in below Tcodes:

OPJK-Checking Control

OPST-Confirmation  Parameters

OPU6-scheduling parameters

OPUV-specify paramerst for network type

Check and reply.

I am not sure but I think there is some validation/substitution which is stopping you. But please could you please provide the screen shot of OPUV for your plant 1001 and Network Type ZPS2.

And please check the plant 1001 setting with network type ZPS2 has been maintained in OPK4.?

Just check and revert back.

where you have maintained plant. ? at Project profile level or by during creation of service activity.

Just check your Project Profile settings (OPSA).

Hi,

Just check OPUV(Network Type Parameter) against your plant. For that you need to have network type. Then Network Type itself can be created through OPSC.

Try this.
