MESSAGE_TYPE_X dump in APO

Hi Experts,

We are getting MESSAGE_TYPE_X in SCM APO system.Please find the below dump details.

Short text of error message:
System error during parallel processing: Screen output without connectio
n to user.

Long text of error message:

Technical information about the message:
Message class....... "/SAPAPO/TSM"
Number.............. 290
Variable 1.......... "Screen output without connection to user."
Variable 2.......... " "
Variable 3.......... " "
Variable 4.......... " "

I have checked the Note 489790 and 429842. Both the notes are not applicable to our systems. We are in SAP SCM 7.0.Could you please help me to fix the issue ?

Also check 1780428 if the error occurs via macro or 1068761 if the error is due to application.

this error occurs while running the Planning area back up?

while running CCR / SDRQCR21 jobs?

are there also issues that users are unable to create deliveries?

did you do any recent upgrade to LC?

please check the log of all these failures.
