Travel Mgt. Trip Number

Dear All,

I am creating trip with transaction TRIP system is showing this error.

Error while writing to the database (PTRV_HEAD/PTRV_PERIO/Cluster TE

Trip number range is already maintained that is from 10 to 99.

Hi Abdul

can you check  your number range  as my attached screen shot.

Number range should be start with 01  0r 02  as  you can see the  below screen.

If  you get still the same error  , then you  need to check your  Feature 

TRVPA  (Travel Parameters) for Trip Costs Parameters.

If there is any config missing in that feature.

I'm already using the same pattern of number ranges

Its error message FITP309

Even customizing activity 'assign trip activity types and feature TRVPA is not resolving error

Hi

Can you check your  IT0105  assignment correctly. Also you need to check your config correctly in TRVPA feature. pl match it with other country travel provision variant .

if you are still having the same error, we  need to see your configuration .

This error message can be solved in a number of different ways as it depends on the specific root cause (did you try debugging the error?  - is it error message no FITP309 or FITP371

Please check firstly, if is helping to maintain an entry in the customizing activity 'assign trip activity types' (IMG-Integration planning- expenses).

2nd - check as Anwar mentions the Trip number range, it should generally be "01" for the specific personnel area.
