identify the support team using multi level category in BRFplus

How to set the support team determination using multilevel category in BRFplus.

Normally BRFplus use SAP component for support team determination.

Hi All,

During the Create of Decision Table, in the Choose the parameter category from the query results.

In the insert row enter the category id ( like CA_01,...) and match the support team .

So it automatically detect the support team after selecting the Multilevel Categorization depend up on ID you have chosen.
