Customer Incident

Hi All,

I want to raise a customer incident in sap marketplace but before that i have to create the systems and when iam trying to create new systems, it is asking for hardware key. Acually i have not installed SAP yet so how do i create an incident in marketplace???

SAP themselves created an incident on behalf of us and then issue got resolved.

For creation of an incident in service market place it's required to register the SAP system first.In your case register the system (Will use in future) for which you're raising the issue & provide the hardware key of that system & just maintain this under test system if you want to use some other hardware for your PRD apart from this.
