SAP_XXX files in work directory

Hi there.

I am facing the following issue.

There are tons of files in the work directory, being generated in every few minutes.

All of them starting with SAP_ then followed by a lot of numbers and hexadecimal characters without any extensions.

Could anyone tell me what kind of files are these and how could I stop them being generated?

The system is SAP EHP 2.
