GRC 5.3: RAR showing wrong results

Hi,

Our GRC 5.3 System is connected to MDM System.

We are facing one issue that a user which was recently deleted in MDM, for that also RAR is showing risks.

I ran the Synchronizations and Risk Analysis Batch Jobs for the MDM System and that particular user, then I ran User Level Risk Analysis in Informer Tab, but still it's showing risks for that user which now doesn't exist in System.

We are at SP21.

Hi Aditi,

Please make sure the below steps once again.

1. Just make sure whether the user has been deleted from all repositories of MDM system or not? In MDM system we will create users in multiple repositories with in the same system.

2. Is synchronization and BRA jobs are ran properly?

Yes, the user was deleted from all the repositories and Synchronization and BRA jobs ran successfully.
