Prevent multiple log in from same user

Hi,

Does anyone know how to prevent a user from logging in multiple times? Either from same machine or different machines.

the suggestions are all for SAP Basis. Do any of these work for SAP J2EE?

Did you get a solution for this ? I need to know whether it is possible to prevent users on the portal from logging on to different machines ? If the parameter is set in the backend to disable multiple gui logons - will this affect the portal ?
