Understanding GRC export

I have a GRC export that I am trying to make sense of, namely the format of the export.

When I look at the FUNCPRM.txt file in the export I see something like -

R04  F.11  F_XXXX_XX ACTVT 02 AND 0

Does that mean that for function R04, Authorization F_XXXX_XX contains Activity 02 and 0?

I assume it does but before I go making that assumption I was hoping to confirm with someone who knows more about GRC than me.

Hi, the last 0 is that the authorizations is active (1 is inactive)
