managed system's Database Exceptions and Database Performance in Gray

Dear Friends,

Currently, we are using Solman7.1 SP8 monitoring systems, but all the managed system's

From tcode: SM_WORKCENTER--> Technical Monitoring-->System Monitoring, Database Exceptions and Database Performance are all in Gray (see attached screenshot)

Could you please advise what could be the cause and where can i see the log?

one more question: What kind of data gathered by Diagnostics Agent?  Where is the log.

I would like to fix the Gray issue asap.

Hi Dong,

Please check the SAP  note 1628727 to see if you all the

prerequisites have been met. Make sure the database check with BRCONNECT (brconnect -u / -f check) is scheduled regularly.

I reviewed the note 1628727, prerequisites are met.  brconnect -u / -f check already run.

Most of Oracle  DataBase Exceptions and Database Performance are monitored after implement 1899598 - Authorization object /SDF/E2E missing,  except highlighted below.

Could you please advise?

Dear All,

The Oracle Database Health Checks are now green, after run  brconnect -u / -f check  on OS.

The remain issue is  Oracle Tablespace Status and Oracle Tablespace Used Space are still gray.
