SAP Logon Issue

Hi Everyone,

I have SAPgui 7.10 after the logon screen it turns black can't see anything. Can anyone help me on this it would be great .

Have attached the screen shot.

Hi Kunal,

It's an issue with the SAP GUI package & also with the installation of same.Try to install SAP GUI version 730 or if you don't have then reinstall it again.

kindly removed the copied folder , then install the GUI software in your machine

Hey Guys,

I just copied the SAP installation folder from the Working Machine and copied it the my non working machine and this resolved my Issue.

Upgrading your SAP GUI to version 730 is the best option.

Hi Sri,

Best option to upgrade with latest version ,upgrade with SAp Gui730 ,you will not get this error.
