Changing the approvers from the agent rule

Hi SAP Gurus,

I have a requirement where i need to remove some of the approvers who recieves the notifications set up in a agent rule and the rule kind is function module based, So where can i get to see and change already created agent rule in GRC?

Hi Sindhu,

Go to GRFNMW_CONFIGURE transaction and check in Maintain approver and Maintain Agent folders

This is expert mode option and be careful with this transaction

Hi Sindhu,

The agent rule is of kind FM, Check that FM which has been configured.

Check the exporting parameter ES_RESULT which is of type GRFN_MW_S_RULE_PARAMETER.

rule kind is function module based

If function based what does the rule do? Is it a custom development or SAP standard?

the configuration is in the MSMP but if your Agent rule is a custom development then you will need to understand how that works?
