Trouble with Share

I am new to Lumira. I composed my first Story, but when I click on Share, I get an alert that says:

"Malformed Query Request: dimension identifier is missing"

There is an "OK" button, but when pressed Lumira goes into limbo. It won't let me do anything unless I force quite. Please help.

hopefully we can help, but first, could you share a screenshot of the issue ?

Are you publishing from desktop to cloud, or sharing from cloud ?

I am just trying to share via email or even a picture right now. It won't even let me get a place to choose.

Do you have screenshots of your visualizations?

Just to confirm, you clicked on one of the visualizations you wanted to share (not a story) and then tried to share via email?

First I was trying to share a Story and it happened.

If I click on a visualization, it allows me to send by email. (Glad I at least have that. Thanks for that insight)

Am I unable to share a story or a board without being connected to Cloud?

The best option for sharing Story's is to do so on the Cloud. (edit: best option - my opinion because it's quick and easy; Server is quite powerful, more on that HERE --- Again, Two Options for Sharing Stories: Cloud or Server)
