Material Group not defined

Material group 24121502 not defined (please check your input)

I am receiving the above error when trying to transfer a freight settlement document (FSD) to ECC to generate the PO and service entry sheet.  The first time I received the error it was valid as I used this material group on my service master for the associated charge types.  However, I am still getting this error after I updated to anew valid material group.  The message is still referring back to the old material group even though configuration and master data has been updated.  I tried creating a new FSD for a different freight booking, but I still received this same error when I checked the failure in SXMB_MONI.  Has anyone else encountered / resolved this problem?
