Hi,
My issue is with different mandants. I have two URL with two mandants, set up with a public user in SICF, let's call it A (mandt=200) and B (mandt=300). If I go to those URLs separately they are fine as they have the user in SICF.
Now:
1) I log in with a SAP user to app A.
2) I open a new tab or window and enter the URL for app B and press (enter) key.
3) Issue: It displays SAP logon screen instead of displaying B application, despite the fact that it has a public user entered in SICF.
4) If I repeat 3) then it correctly shows the page for the app B.
This happens only if I log in with a SAP user to app A and then try to open the app B.
It seems that even if I force the use of sap-client=200 and sap-client=300, it still behaves the same way.
Any suggestion?
Thanks

I'm guessing that the logon procedure for SSO fails (different client) but it doesn't fallback to Basic Authentication. See this document for information on logon procedures. You could try to enable Use All Logon Procedures for the ICF service and see if it makes a difference.
