VB11 short dump by GPMUSER

Hello All,

We are facing issue with VB11 short dumps.

SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC

This issue happening with the user GPMUSER.

There is no background job running with this user name and unable to find inbound RFC also for this user name.

Regularly we are getting around 1000 ST22 error for this SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC with the user name GPMUSER.

As it is happening in background , we are unable to replicate this in quality also.

But We found that the program RSM13000 calling VB11 and causing the dump.

Anybody faced this kind of issue and any clue on how to solve this ?

Thank you.

User name is specified in the job step, so you won't find this easily in SM37 (it shows the user ID that created/changed the job definition, which is usually different). Although user ID likely doesn't matter in this case...

The number range object for free goods is KONN & maintain number ranges in SNRO.

also you can check this records in KOTN(XXX)----(XXX is your table number)

This is not enough to understand your issue.  Please share the screen shot of ST22 for the two tabs, viz.Error analysis and How to correct the error.

Maintain the number range in table KONDD as recommended in the following note:-

  • Note 34181 - RV_MAT_SUB_SAVE: SAP_SQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC
