Reporting MPT

Hi everyone,

I am configuring a Solman 7.1, and SMIV transaction type has been copied to ZMIV in order to handle VAR scenarios.

Now, I am going to report on processing time (MPT), but I can't find any report facility for this reason. Can anyone help me?

Hi,

There are lots of places you can get the reporting capturing mpt and irt.

Hi,

there are 4 different ways discussed on the mentioned wiki page:

- Standard ITSM monitoring: It is not suitable for me, because I want to see the exact processing time in minutes for each incident. This kind of monitoring can't provide this informations.

- ITSM BW reporting: There is no BW installed under Solman.

- ITSM BW Dashboards: There is no BW installed under Solman.

- Interactive Reporting: It is not clear for me how to use this capability. There are numerous web pages pointing to each other and referring to prerequisites but none of them gives any transaction code nor link/path for the report wizard.

To summarize: I need a report or a list of incidents which contains the processing times in order to be able calculate avg processing time by incidents' priority.

Hi,

I´m in VAR scenario, and I use the report "Incidents"

and filter by column "MPT Usage" or "MPT Usage Text"
