Hi

This is a standard module. The error message you are getting, normally we got that for custom adapter module.

Is this the first time you running any Idoc interface in production?

or it was running fine previously and suddenly stopped working ?

You might need a java restart to resolve this issue.

Hi Sahithi - What is the status of inbound RA ?

Also go to the below location

http://host:port/nwa/start-stop and under java application search for idoc.

check if the applications are in started state../ you can even try restarting the "com.sap.aii.adapter.idoc.app" application..

Hi Sahithi

Yes we can restart in production because it does not take that much time for a java restart.

But before that try the things mentioned by Hareesh. It is always better to start and stop a single service rather than the restarting the whole application.

You can check inbound RA status by going to

NWA--->configuartion--->infrastructure--->application resouces

Search by inbound RA and choose the Resource adapter one.
