Hi Expert,

In the delta report (/SAPAPO/CCR - CIF_DELTAREPORT), there are discrepancies that say error code 183, which is Schedule line does not exist in R/3..
But when we look in R3, they are actually there. So we don’t want these showing as a discrep in the delta report.
Example in ‘purchasing’, ‘confirmations’, ‘missing in R3 with external key’

If you run DELTAREPORT for  purchasing, confirmation, unjustified error 183 are displayed despite of no inconsistency really exists.

Please help why these dscrepancies displayed.

we are running on SCM510.

Hello Maddy

Please go through below SAP notes -

1131469 - DELTAREPORT: unjustified error 181/183 for confirmation
794281 - Locked purchase orders missing from R/3
1022343 - Delta report displays too many errors (181)
817354 - No delete event when you delete orders in APO

Some Old SCN threads -
CCR Error 154 - Planned Order Missing in R3 wit... | SCN

This is good document on CCR error handling.

Hope this will help.

Thank you

Hello Maddy,

You see error code 183 with description purchase requistion 'missing in R3 with external key’

This inconsistencies occurs between ecc and apo.because

Planned has been deleted after heuristic run but stuck in the queue

Schedule line does not exist in APO ex; the PR has been deleted and not passed to R/3 but at

the mean time the system created another PR for the demand on the SKU.This error can

occured if PO stuck up in the inbound queue to R/3 system & Reconcilation -CCR process is not

followed properly for sending PO to R/3.

As a action you see really these orders required by business if not if planning has been done from APO side.then delete the orders from ECC or APO.Dont send order to APO.

And check in SAP we have some notes to implement and remove this inconsistencies.

Many Thanks

Vijay
