RFC destination for MS BizTalk Server

Hi Colleagues,

I need some help with RFC creation for MS BizTalk. I was trying to use this guide, but it doesn't seem to be complete. When I create an RFC as described if fails connection test:

What should I do in order to create an RFC. I guess it has to be connected to something (some instance) and to be honest I don't understand this part.

Check the state and settings of COM4ABAP RFC server. The SAP Gateway Registry settings must match to settings in SM59 tcode.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure if I understand what is "COM4ABAP RFC server" - there is a little information about it over the internet. I have downloaded Net4ABAP from SAP marketplace... I guess it's the same but newer. Is this something which should be deployed and configured manually?

From what I understood, I have to place and run it on the BizTalk side, right?
