Dear Arun,

I think you know the process, how to create tax code and Maintain Condition records.

Create tax code as you desire for example (FTXP) - Z1 - ( Service tax 12.36% on 30 % & CST 2% on 70 %)

Now maintain Condition Records-

Example Service tax condition Type  ZSTA - service tax            (3.6 %)

                                                     ZSES  Education Cess     (2%)

                                                     ZHES  Higher Education Cess (1%)

CST condition Type          ZCST   CST      (1.4 %)

Education and Hcess calculated on Service tax .

Calculation

100*70/100 = 70 ( on 70 %)

Now 2 % on 70 %  = 70*2/100 = 1.4

I hope this can be helpful

Hi Arun ,

What break do you want ,

Just go to FV11 give condition type (Stax , Ecess and Hcess) and maintain rate for service tax 3.6 %, ecess 2 % and Hcess 1 %

for CST maintain 1.4 %

Dear Arun,

Create Service tax at 3.708% i.e (30% of 12.36%)

Break up Service Tax  -

Server Tax - 3.6%

Service tax Ecess - 0.072%

Service Tax HECes - 0.036%

  1. CST @ 2% on 70% value

Create 1.4 % its equal to 70% of 2 %

Let me know any issue

In your Pricing Procedure have the same Account Key assigned to both CST and Service Tax, so that in FTXP, if you choose the relevant tax code, you can see both the condition type where you can maintain the required percent.

Create  a   new  Tax    code  in ftxp  and  maintain  the  CST

Now  in FV11  ,  Select the key combination as  Tax code  and  maintain  the   Service  tax .
