Dear Experts,

We are having SAP BI Dual stack system.

SSO certificate has been expired on Java Stack but ABAP stack is still valid.

Since SAP system is on AIX so i am unable to run Visual Admin and i have to use NWA.

Kindly guide me for regenrating SSO certificate with the help of NWA.

Warm Regards,

Sumit

Hi Sumit

1. By using the SIDADM you can access the Visual admin, Is this any error message while opening the visual admin?

2. Could you refer the SCN link

SSO Certificate Expiry - Portal - SCN Wiki

Dear Sriram,

Thanks for your time.

I have visited that document earlier but when i tried starting Visual Admin from AIX i am getting some Java exception error for both root and SIDADM, thats why i am trying from NWA.

Sumit

Could you check the access permission on folder (PB1ADM & root)?  /usr/sap/PB1/DVEBMGS00/j2ee/admin/log/console_log s/output.log

and also refer the SAP Note

Hi Sumit,

Go NWA -> Configuration ->Certificates and Keys

And try creating here the TicketKeystore.

Hi Sumit,

It depends on the SAP Netweaver version.

I think that in your version you must use the Visual Admin to regenerate the certificate. So you have to resolve the java error you mencioned.

Best regards,

Martina
