DB error

Hello,

The sm21 shows this error once in the system.

Database error 1114 at FET access to table COSP

> ORA-01114: IO error writing block to file (block #

Run-time error "DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR" occurred

...........

System OS is LINUX , Dtabase is Oracle

sap kernel is 720_REL 500 patch version.

DBSL patch:425

Can anyone throw some light on the issue?

1. If possible restart the full system and then check the DB error

2. Could you refer the SAP Notes Error code " ORA-01114: IO error writing block to file"

1890999 - ORA-01114 ORA-27072 occurs for Tempfiles

546006 - Problems with Oracle due to operating system errors

Hi,

Please first check table spaces size,if full try to extend it first.If possible try to share table spaces status.

Try to restart full system & check again.

Try to workout for PSAPUNDO table space,it's under critical space conditions.Just extend it.
