We are going to convert an existing plant/sloc from IM to WM.
The customizing is ok, and all the processes is ok. But the Client wants to use the existing sloc.
But then I have some questions regarding the best practice/ most efficient way to do this.
I have searched for this at SCN but the most answares is a few years old and points to an old help.sap.com file that does not exist anymore (it looks so for me). And i am not able to find it again on sap.help.com.
So then I have to ask again what is the easiest and safest way to convert an IM sloc to a WM. I see that just doing the customizing, and transporting will bring trouble since there is already stock. Is there any procedures defined by SAP for this kind of conversion?
