GRC Survey. Object blocked by user

Hello Gurus,

We are currently running GRC10.0 using risk surveys.

We faced the problem when planning more then 2 surveys on one day by user.

In survey log we can see an error: Object request is currently blocked by USERID

SLG1 tells this:

Diagnosis

A lock requested by calling an ENQUEUE function module cannot be set up because another SAP transaction is using the lock in question.

Technical Information: The C_ENQUEUE routine returned the following values:

COLLISION_OBJECT = E_FNQSURVEY

COLLISION_UNAME = 10603308

System Response

The ENQUEUE function module triggers an appropriate exception. If this exception was not intercepted by the application program, this leads automatically to the active SAP transaction being cancelled.

Procedure

Look in the lock table to establish which user or transaction is using the requested lock (Tools -> Administration -> Monitor -> Lock entries). You may need to contact the user in question.

This note was implemented but didnt resolve the issue with Risk Surveys.

Can you please advise me what can i do else to get rid of this problem?

Unfortunately, still need help with this issue.

We solved  it with delta planning, so the surveys dont block each other, but still it isnt a best practice.
