IMPORT_DECOMPRESS_FAILED / SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR

Hi,

I am getting the following dump daily and more frequently. Also the Job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR is getting cancelled similarly.

I think the dump is relevant to the Job.

I am using SAP 4.6D on Iseries V5R3 ; DEV and QAS are on one partition.

I tried several options but the problem remains.

The Dump is detailed as under:

What happened?

The current ABAP/4 program "SAPLSTUW " had to be terminated

one of the statements could not be executed.

This is probably due to an error in the ABAP/4 program.

What can you do?

Note the actions and input that caused the error.

Inform your SAP system administrator.

You can print out this message by choosing "Print". Transac

allows you to display and manage termination messages, incl

them beyond their normal deletion date.

Error analysis

When IMPORTing compressed data, an error occurred when

decompressing.

Unable to read an IMPORT dataset.

The dataset may have been processed using SQL and is

thus no longer readable for the IMPORT.</b>

This error generally may be related to application logs SLG1....or...

Try looking in service marketplace and search for "IMPORT_DECOMPRESS_FAILED "

The Note 411873 may be of some help to you...as I do not know what the exact error is...
