Dears,
i have created new pricing procedure and i removed following condition types from it (all are statistical, other than EK01 which is manual):
VPRS
EK01
EK02
EK03
because customer requires that sales expert, who enters sales order, not to be allowed to see product cost while entering sales order.
does it make make any troubles?
please note the company has both make-to-order and sales-from-stock business.
If you want the condition to be transferred to profitability analysis, then it must be there (COGS = VPRS).
There is an OSS note that describes how to limit visualization based on authorizations, you should search for it. That way, it's still there but people can't see them.
edit: note is 105621

Deleting the condition types from the pricing procedure is not advisable as per my knowledge as rightly advised how do you manage if you want to calculate the profit margin.
Rather deleting you can hide the condition types by maintaining the authorization objects sit with security consultant.
Apart from the Jose advised note you may also consider 717670 and also many treads are available with same requirement.
