IS it necessary to install Diagnostic agent on Additional application server?

We have diagnostic agent installed on Central Instance is it necessary to install it on additional app server too?

Yes, you should install Diag agent for app server as well.

Read note 1448655 for Diagnostics Agent Installation Guide and note 1365123 for agent installation strategy.
