500 Dispatching Error

Dear Experts,

I have webdispatcher 7.0 Patch Level 110 with connected JAVA portal 7.0 SP26

Java portal is up and running fine
My webdispatcher is showing green on windows system, means it is up and running.

But my url is giving "500 Dispatching Error"

Please find  the detail error log below:

Hi Nagaraju

1. Have you changed any setting in the web dispatcher or portal system?

2. In Web dispatcher system have you enable the firewall? or have you installed any Antivirus software with Network firewall settings?

3. Kindly refer the SAP Notes

1911913 - 500 Dispatching error thru web dispatcher

1564699 - HTTP 500 Error when adding / removing rights in Access Levels

1928423 - “HTTP 500 Dispatching error” when a SAP instance calls a Web Dispatcher at the same server

Connection request to host: P220XREL04, service: 50000 failed (NIECONN_REFUSED)

You need to check your firewall, this is not more than network issues.
