how to filter only Sales Order from Nast table?

Hello All,

I am into SAP BW. for one of our requirement we have to read few fields from Nast

Since its a very big table and i understand that it contains all kinds of document no's. Could any one please tell me we have to read only sales orders from Nast table ???

FRom few posts i understand that KAPPL = v1  filters to sales orders.. is this the only filter or further can we drill down??

Hi Hem,


OBJKY- Sales order field


We can see the below mentioned applications can be used for SD point of view

V1 is used for sales orders

V2 - deliveries

V3- Billing documents


We have more applications for output conditions

How about the Quotations?? will Quotation also belongs to v1???

Yes Quotation also comes under V1 application.

Yes in one way, as you said, you can consider Application as one of input fields.  Apart from this, you can also consider the field OBJTYPE from NAST where if you pass BUS2032, VBAP, BPR_SL_DOC, BPR_SLSDOC, BPR_SLSORD etc., you will get related sale orders.

Hi,

NAST table has a field OBJTYPE (object type) which can also be checked. This has a check table TOJTB.

In this TOJTBtable, refer to Object key - BUS2032. It represents sales order method - Display,application V.
