Variant for Selection report does not exits

Hi, Friends,

I am getting this error while am doing allocation run by using the T-code J3AT

Variant "my client name" for selection report J_3AARS1 does not exits -> No variant is used.

Our business process is once we create sales order we need to do allocation run here am getting the above issue

in sales order  there is no incomplete log

We are unable to figure it out what is the problem. can any one help me come out of this problem.

Hi

You can create the variant same as system require and make it as default/standard in the report it will work.

Here as i am  functional consultant i never know what is variant and how to create system required variant.

Does SD consultant has to do  all this?

can u please brief me .

and it is not any report we are creating it is our business process after sales order we do allocation run. here system perform Credit , availability checks etc.
