Create Course Type and Course In HCM

I am newer on LSO. I want to Create a WebDynPro ABAP Application to Create Course Type or Course.
Do you know any FM, Class that allow me to do that?

Thank for your reply. I really need it, but do you know any other FM to create the Course type? It seem above solution are about create Course. What about Course Type (Type D)?

On the other hand, I have test some method in the Thread has metion FM "HRIQ_EVENT_CREATE"

After I filled requirement and needed information. I got MessageError "I : HRPIQ00OFFER : 825 ", and no Course has been created. Message seem to confuse that I dont even know what the meaning of the Error is? Also I have go to SE91-> HRPIQ00OFFER . It exists but I can't find the number of the Error 825, as It contains only 241 Messages.

Do you have any ideas about this?
