Personal details are disabled for requester in SAP SRM User settings->position tab

Hi Experts

we are in production system and we are facing the below issue but this doesn't exist in DEV and QA system.

Personal details are disabled for requester in SAP SRM User settings->position tab

We checked authorizations assigning SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW but still it is disabled.

Tried to check the Webdynpro component for the same and it shows enabled there as well.

Please help me urgently.

Hi Abhishek ,

I am assuming like what you have mentioned that you have checked in

/SAPSRM/WDC_MOFC_PERSON  In component configuration you see the below settings  ?

Now  if it is not the same as above make it the same ..

if its already the same do as below :

I have already checked the below settings.

no issues with that.

And in the mean time I found out the solution as well.

When the HR Integration is active in the table then the fields are disabled and when I made it inactive I was able to edit it.
