SAP PI 7.31 Mapping page is loading slow

Hi All,

We are facing an issue with mapping page in PI. Normally when we try to open the message mapping page it takes 1 min or less to open page.

After configuring the loadbalancer it's taking around 4 -5 mins to open the page.

Any suggestions on this?

Hi Dheeraj,

If it is a permanent issue then please check physical system configuration processor , ram , else if it is a temporary then might restart of server or system restart might can help .

Did your local machines Java version get auto-updated by any chance?

Hi Dheeraj,

The problem might be related to any other configuration changes and might not because of load balancer. Please have a look at below blog
