Hi Expert,

the session was terminated and appears a error window,

session is stopped and an error window appears, occurs randomly and not all users. I have to restart the system, but still a problem. This has been a day to three unsolved. Please help.

I use the sap gui logon 7.20, sap gui 7.30 logon is also a problem.

Is the problem faced for your user ID or many other users face this problem ?

In case there are many users facing this issue, its time to take look into updating the SAP kernel

Today I tried to block authorization object to S_ADMI_FCD, so get shortdump error on several programs. It seems some programs try to execute this function TH_DELETE_USER, please find attachment files :

Found there is a bug in the enhancement program that can access a sm04.

Hi,

As you said it's on a single user ,means on a single system hope here i'm right .Please confirm.If this is for a single system first this can also be caused by a network error which leads to the TCP/IP connection being broken. (Go with Network analysis for this system to find out any latency in network for a particular user or system).

This problem can also happen if you have more than one version of gui installed in the same PC. Please confirm for the same.

The other reason could be some network problems. This may cause by: - TCP/IP connection error - Shutdown of network device (like firewall/Router) - user shutdown PC without normally logout - Network connection(cable) broken (Especially windows 2000/XP) .

Hope these workarounds will help you to troubleshoot the issue.

Assuming the session was not terminated by the Admin, I only seen reported cases with this messages before on Windows based systems when there is a running antivirus who is actually terminating the sessions.

Like,

disconnected users | SCN

If you are running on Windows please kill the antivirus and see how it goes.

Hi Deby,

There are 2 possibilites

1) Someone has access to delete other user's session and he has deleted you session

2) Some one has tried to login with your user ID and he gets a Pop-up where he selects

    "Remove all other sessions and login with this session"

Please check on above 2 cases.

1) I already change the password that the user can access the delete session on the first day and the second day is still a problem.

2) when get a popup user selects option 2 "Continue with this logon, without ending any other logon in systems ..... "
