Issue when i try to use IMMCP3.

I have changed the existing values of a WBS in CJ40 & made one of the WBS value to ZERO. But when i try to use IMCCP3 the value of ZERO WBS is not getting copied to the Budget but instead it is showing the Previuos values.

Before Changing the values in CJ40.

WBS A - 16000

WBS B - 0

WBS C - 0

After changing Values in CJ40

WBS A - 0

WBS B - 8800

WBS C - 7200

After Executing the IMCCP3 the WBS with ZERO is not getting updated....i have seen the Budget Reports. It shows as

WBS A - 16000

WBS B - 8800

WBS C - 7200

Please help me in getting rid of this 16000 value in the WBS.... Thanks

Please carry out the analysis on BPJA, BPGE, RPSCO table.

The one in the screen print, is it a custom report?

Which other standard SAP reports are showing this 16000 Budget values?

This Std Report is also showing the Value S_ALR_87013558 - Budget/Actual/Commitment/Rem Plan/Assigned

BPGE is not showing the 16000 EUR for the WBS

BPJA shows the Value.

RPSCO shows the value 2014 16000EUR

One morething actually we have changed the Budget Profile recently from Annual to Overall.

We have CO AREA CURR as USD & Obj as EUR

Hi Madhan,

You have reported RPSCO is showing values in 2014 also in BPJA.

Did you check CJ30 for FY 2014? The screen prints provided earlier were for the overall and not the FY2014.

Hi Varshal,

I cannot see 2014 year in CJ31. So what you say is as we are in Overall Budget the values is showing for Year 2014.But this value should not appear as the business will assume that there is a value of 16000 on it.

Here we are using the Cost & Revenue as Annual  & budget was recently changed to Overall.

Do you mean you don't see 2014 in CJ31?

Can you please press F2 and F5 consecutively while in CJ31 to check the available Years?

Also please check in RPSCO, what is the Value type and the Budget Type associated with 16000.

Yes i dont see 2014 year in CJ31.

F2 and F5 are not working in CJ31.

Budget Type: KBUD.

Value Type: 41(Budget)

Hi Madhan,

It seems in your budget profile you have not mentioned any thing in the Time Horizon.

Can you please restore the old settings in budget profile (e.g. Past as 2 and Future as 2)and delete the 16000 in 2014 using CJ30 (Refers to KBUD) that you want to get rid off?

Hi Madhan,

In CJ20N go to the control data tab of Project definition.Here you change the budget profile temporarily for annual budget values. Your budgeting is open for annual values, at this time either return CJ38 or reduce value in CJ30 for the WBS in corresponding year. After this reset your budget profile to overall values from Project Def control tab. 

As per your input I replicate your case in my environment and it works. I suggest you to do test case in your test client & then proceed.

Thanks for your inputs, but we dont have Annual Budget Profile configured seperately.

Previously it was annual but changed to overall on the same profile itself.

Hi Madhan,

I think this is the only way to your said case.

You can do another budget profile for annual values to achieve this.

OR

You can modify the existing budget profile for annual values also by selecting Annual Value under Time Frame.

Work out these in your test client & then proceed.It is better to go with first option.

Hi,

When you used 1st time IMCCP3 the plan value become your budger for WBS A as 16000.

When you Chnaged Plan Value For  as

WBS A - 0

WBS B - 8800

WBS C - 7200

and run IMCCP3 , the sytem takes that there is no value to transfer for WBS A, there is only Value for WBS B and WBS C.

at that time Your already budget value remain unchanged aas 16000.

IF you dont have to budget for WBS A as 16000, then remove budget by using cj38 from WBS A.

These people are using this type of copying from past 05years it seems......& here we have two version UPL plan Version & CBD Actual Version.

Now this has been done in UPL & at this point of time is it advisable to use CJ38.

Please explain.

In CJ38 i am not seeing this 16000 Value at the WBS A.
Even in Cj31 also....but i am seeing this in Budget Reports.

Performed CJEN also.

Please help.
