i will provide host file
opyright (c) 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

Hi Sagi,
I see that you have windows 32-bit environment. System going down here looks to be a some resource problem. In order to have more insight into the the issue please share
1) R3trans -d
2) RAM configuration on server
3) Check whether oraarch directory has enough space
4) Oracle database is up and running
Hope this helps.

Deepak Kori
Hi Sagi,
Can you start the database using sqlplus
SQL> startup
OR as it is windows start the oracle service from windows services.
Once the DB is started check R3trans -d. It should have return code (0000)
Post this start SAP application and continue with SGEN.
Hope this helps.

Deepak Kori
Hi Jagadesh,
For me its seems to be a problem in virtual memory settings.
Quick check - is this the first time are you starting instance after the installation??.
If no then, the event viewer--> windows log--> Application for any kind error raised due to heap memory...

Hi Jagadesh,
Is there any patching or kernel upgraded recently. If yes, please move to the older version. Check for the Oracle ,listner and the connectivity . Try restarting the server for memory flush.
Please let me know if this helped.
