Hide Collaborator Required to Approve RFx tickbox

Hi All,

Can you please help me how I can hide the "Collaborator Required to Approve RFx" tickbox on the RFX collaborator details page (directed from Header Collaborators table)?

Is it via Page Customizations? If yes, can you please refer me to the exact extension ID? I was looking in the reference guide but could not find it.

System version: 7.

Hi Nikoletta,

yes, it is possible to hide the "Collaborator Required to Approve RFx" tickbox, at least in Sourcing version 9.

To do so, create a a new page customisation as indicated in the image attached.

Can I ask you why do you need to hide this tick-box? This is ticked if the collaborator is added as approver and cannot be modified (as standard).

Hi Marc,

Thank you for this.

The reason why they need it because in wave 7 the field is editable and the users can get around approvals by un-ticking that box.
