Hi Gurus

I have successfully created the new incident in VAR scenario. but I can see them in overview:

Message "You have now messages" appears.

What is wrong?

Hello Vladimir,

Who is message processor of created incident ? If you know incident number click fast display message and provide the incident no.

Yes agree with that.

Maybe you will try alternative way? - tcode crm ui before that set parameter CRM_UI_PROFILE with value SOLMANPRO using SU01.
