Hi,
I have one SC that is in awaiting approval by User1.we are using PCW.
Where i can find the approver 'User1' linked for this SC gets stored in tables.
I checked wiki link related to list of table for PCW. But i have doubt about the use of D_WF_015, 16, 17 table use.
Kindly provide the information for the same.
Thank you.
Hi Tamil,
there is not direct assignment document-approver.
But there are 2 assignments: document-workitem, workitem-processor.
Tables are:
SWW_WI2OBJ
SWWUSERWI

Hi,
Actually,i need to know the table related to process controlled workflow.where i can find the list approver shown in the SC screen at approval table. Where this information gets stored.
Can tell me the use of /SAPSRM/D_WF_016,/SAPSRM/D_WF_017 use of this table.
I heard the table WF_017 has the document guid with the agent details. But in my case the workitem is under approval process.I cannot see those information in the above table.
I have a doubt that this table gets filled after the app rover approve the document.
Kindly give some input for the same.
Hi Tamil,
tables, I named you are the standard workflow tables. You can find currently assigned user there (but no future user). /SAPSRM/D_WF* tables are SRM-related Workflow tables.
SRM Workflow model is a little bit more complicated, than single table doc<->user assignment.
There is table for processes /SAPSRM/D_WF_000
for process levels /SAPSRM/D_WF_003
for desicion sets on every level /SAPSRM/D_WF_004
areas, bound to workflow level for agent determination /SAPSRM/D_WF_012
/SAPSRM/D_WF_016 - is for ADHOC
/SAPSRM/D_WF_017 - is for Reviewers - not approvers
Agents are normally not saved in the tables (AREAs are saved), but calculated in runtime.
Do you need database tables or information how to approvers.
Cause if you try to information in SRM via SELECT - this is in 99% cases a wrong approach. There are a number of Functions till SRM 5.0 and number of classes for SRM 7.0+
