Workprocesses in New Status

Upon starting MMC database is in new status and dispatcher gets stopped.

My analysis is database is not connected to R3. As checked in R3trans -d

This is sybase DB and would like to confirm the steps or scripts on how we can connect and check the Database

     Provide dev_disp and dev_w0 log ..

Hi Paul,

Please check whether your Sybase database is running. You may start the database services as shown in the thread below

Secondly if the DB is running, please share output of R3trans -d command.
