Agent on the fly- Diagnostics agent not created for logical host

Hi all,

we have two virtual host and one logical host in HA environment for solution manager.

diganostics agent has been installed in both the virtual host...

when i activated agent on the fly in the logical host..it created diagnostics agent first..but later went to offline.

when i removed the offline agent and checked the agent on the fly again..nothing happens..

how can we bring the logical host details...

kindly help to resolve the error.

Hi,

That's a Windows Server enviroment, right?

From my experience, on all HA that I configured agent on the fly, the virtual names were only created after rebooting the machine.

it is on Unix environment...

the server has been rebooted..but still the problem is there...

When you activated the agent on-the-fly for the physical host, and hit the save, you get a green light like this one?
