cannot copy actual values to plan when Internal order closed

Hi SAP Gurus,

I have one Internal order and postings in Previous month. I am trying  copy from actual to Plan value in Ko15 transacation and getting the error BS013 - "planning primary costs not allowed for order status".

we have requirement to make business transaction RKP1 allowed for closed orders.

Please help to solve this issue

Hi,

The only workaround I can think of is as below:

1. Transaction BS22
2. Go to System Status I0046
3. Double Click on I0046
4. Go to business Transaction RKP1
5. Change Forbidden to Allowed or Warning based on the requirement.

Please understand the impact of  changing BS22 before carrying out the changes.

This is working fine as required . But wanted to  know what is the impact of this changes.

Will it effect other kind of Orders also like Production orders?

I046 related to Internal order only?

Hi,

While in BS22, Select I0046-->Environment-->Object types.

The change in BS22 for I0046 would impact all the object types listed there.

Hi Ram,

Firstly, check which settlement profile is assigned to your order type (by tcode KOT2_OPA)

Then, check whether the business transactions you need are allowed in status "closed" or not by tcode OK02.
