Decryption without private key?

Hi,

I lost my private key

the pgp file is the data file, the other two (PGP) are the public keys which are used when the file was encrypted

now how to decrypt the file

You have generated the public and private keys or they have been provided by third party?

If you want to decrypt the file using PI, then you must have to have the private key present in PI server.

But if you want to decrypt manually, then you should have to remember the password that you haves used during key generation, or else you will not be able to decrypt the file.
