Crystal Reports - GRC 10

Hi All,

In GRC 10 can someone help me how to enable crystal reports?

I have already enable crystal reports through this path.

SPRO > SAP Netweaver > Application Server > SAP List Viewer (ALV) > Maintain web Dynpro specific settings

Check the box 'Allow Crystal Reports'

When i select option as crystal reports from any report screen in NWBC, i am getting blank screen and i have all the required access as i have SAP_ALL assigned to my UserID.

Is there any specific setup that needs to be done in the system? Or Do i need to install crystal reports adapter for the same?
