Update User Account via Import Data

Hi Experts,

I have observed an unexpected behaviour while trying to change the attribues ( first name, last name, Email id ) of a user in sourcing system, I imported an excel in which I have changed the first name , last name and email id of an existing user , I have used user name as the mapping field, when i finished the import, the user attributes were updated with the values in excel under Internal User Accounts, but when I logged in as the user whose first name , last name were changed, I found that his attributes were reverted ie his first name , last name and Email id were changed to the previous values (the values which were there before the import).I felt this behaiour quite unexpected , If any one has idea about this please help.My Internal Directory is on SAML 2.0 regards,

Check if your directory configuration has any attributes mappings? If yes, remove first name, last name and email id from them and test it again.
