Can we roll back SUM actions performed?

JVM upgrade got hanged, Can I roll back the action's?

If I can, Can i know the procedure?

Hi Dheeraj,

Using the latest version of SUM which is SP10, a rollback is possible. Please review the SUM tool documentation located on the service market place.
