Text entered in the internal notes get disappear

Hi SRM gurus,

We have a issue with the text entered in the internal notes of the shop screen when we create the shopping cart.

While creating the shopping cart, we enter text "say abc is good" in the internal notes and go to the details screen to select "Add to shopping cart" and go to select the source of supply . We see that the text entered in the internal notes gets disappear completely.

When we save it we could not find the text entered in the first screen.

Can anyone say what could be the reason?

Anyone see any notes relevant to this sometime back.

Hi Atul,

I saw your same response for some other query on texts and started working on this OSS notes. Only difference is these notes speak about the text in the approval notes and not on the text in the internal notes.

Anyhow I will inform if our problem gets solved by this.
