Hi Ashutosh,

I compared the OS installation files for language "fr" with another server which has french installed

There was sapserver9 folder missing , created that directory and gave similar permissions.

It worked after that

Hello,

Here is the check from a system where French connection works OK.

Did you set zcsa/installed_languages parameter ?

Hello,

As you can see in RSCPINST, there is a problem with the locale on OS
level. You can see this in the attachment as it displays as "Set locale failed" for the FR locale.

Please therefore ensure that the locale is correctly installed and in
the correct path. Another possibility is that the locale is there
correctly but has somehow become "bad". If this is the case, reinstalling it will help.

Also review SAP note: 39473 and 39718 for locales.

And also SAP note: 40815 which provides NLS_CHECK, a tool for checking locales.

Regards,

David
