SM Installation Error at loading tools

I am havig a error during installation of Solution Manager 4.0, during the DBA Tools:

Thanks , it is a windows installation. I was able to solve , by starting the installation from beginning . I did not delete the database, just disable the services. I believe the issue was in the environment settings not set correctly in the user setup phase.

Some more background information. I am logged in as sidadm, I have checked my environment variables , and they are set. Here is a a more detailed error message:

Hello,

I've had the same error.

I am running Sun Solaris 10 and I've made the following change in order

to had it working :

Edit the file /oracle/<SID>/.sapenv_<hostname>.csh

Change :

limit descriptors 4096

Into:

#limit descriptors 4096

After this I've in fact restarted the entire installation (including the creation of the database)
